Change one thing in your life and it affects all your life.
This simple exercise will take only one minute each day and will warm up your whole body to increase energy, circulation of blood and fluids, joint flexibility, lymphatic flow, lung expansion, heart strength, and use of tendons. It could even help to prevent or relieve arthritis, hay fever, sinusitis, chest weakness, and much more.

Arm swings: Breathe through your nose with tongue towards back of palette.

1. Stand with feet apart and arms handing loosely at sides.
2. Breath in gently and raise arms in front to shoulder height, palms facing downwards.
3. Breath out firmly and sharply through the nose and let arms swing down through to behind body.
4. Continue swinging arms forward (inhaling) and backwards (strong exhale).
People who exercise daily can begin with two minutes. Others can do the exercise several times a week for one minute.

If you are recovering form illness, begin with what works for you up to one minute. This exercise may gradually be extended up to five minutes.
