Terms of Service

All prices displayed on the Conscious Living websites are in Australian Dollars. Gst is additional when advertising or exhibition rates are quoted. 

Security of Transactions

Conscious Living undertakes that all financial information obtained from our customers is protected by E-Way our Third Party Payment Gateway . We provide a secure check out on our shopping cart for credit card transactions. 

Delivery

The average time for delivery is 7 days up to 10 days in Australia.  If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY. 

Booking and Ordering Advertising Space

When you order any advertising you will receive a quote and an invoice which is payable prior to the publication of the advertising. We do provide options to pay by instalments. 

When you book exhibition space with us you are required to complete a booking form in which you agree to the Rates and the Terms and Conditions of exhibiting- a copy of the  Terms and Conditions is emailed to you. You will then receive a quote according to the rates that you have received. Once you have accepted the quote you will receive an invoice which outlines the method of payment that you have selected . A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and payment is due 2 weeks prior to the Expo or in instalment payments as agreed with the organizer. On payment of the deposit you will receive a confirmation of the exhibition package. Your Exhibitor profile and logo will then be published on the website and a facebook post shared on social media .  The deposit is non refundable and the full amount is payable in the event of cancellation within 30 days of the commencement of the Expo.

Ordering Tickets

We use a ticketing platform, Humanitix for our seminars, expo workshops and conference events. The ticket price that is advertised on the websites does not include the Humanitix booking fee – a portion of which is donated to Indigenous Scholarships. Tickets can be ordered by phone or online.

Trading Terms, Overdue Account and Collection Fees

Our trading terms are 14 days and any accounts that are overdue more than 14 days will incur a 10% overdue account fee.  invoices that are unpaid 60 days or more beyond our trading terms are referred to our Collection Agent . The debtor is required to pay the collection fee of 20% of the outstanding amount. Payment can be made by EFT to the PH Trust Bank Account or by visa or mastercard or bartercard. PLease note that a 2% credit card fee is payable when paying by visa or mastercard.

Cancellations and Refunds

Conscious Living’s policy in regard to the purchase of tickets to seminars, workshops, expos, conferences and events is that all tickets are non refundable.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should a product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.

Our policy in regard to advertising services and exhibition booth payments is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the  contract that has been agreed to by the purchaser.

Cancellation of Advertising or Exhibition Services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract that has been agreed to by the purchaser.

Privacy Policy

Conscious Living  respects your right to privacy and we are committed to protecting it. Accordingly, we abide by the following principles and policies for all of the Personally Identifiable Information we collect from you and we are committed to following them in our day-to-day operations. This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout Conscious Living’s Site and Services governing Conscious Living’s use of Personally Identifiable Information submitted by users. We only collect Personally Identifiable Information about you from our Site if you choose to provide it to us. This means you can visit our Site without revealing any Personally Identifiable Information. Like most web sites, our web servers do collect information about your visit, but not about you personally. This information may include the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit

In order to use certain features of the Site and Services you may be asked to register. Any Personally Identifiable Information which is required and that you choose to provide within the registration process will not be disclosed on our Site. 

Correcting/Updating Personally Identifiable Information

Conscious Living  provides you with the ability to review, correct and delete any of the Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to us at any time. How We Use the Personally Identifiable Information You Provide To Us

We may use your Personally Identifiable Information to register you to use our Services, to verify your authority to use certain features of our Site and Services, to improve and tailor the content and general administration of our Site and Services, and, based upon the email settings which you may select, to deliver certain content, information, services and notices from Conscious Living as well as communications regarding information, events, content, products and services of our third party partners.

By providing your email address while signing up for Conscious Living Events or Conscious Living Magazine Subscription you automatically grant permission to Conscious Living  to send email communications to you.. You may manage your opt in preferences and opt out of receiving email communications by clicking “unsubscribe” from an email sent to you by Conscious Living.

We do not share your personal data with any 3rd party without your permission.
