BALANCE AND HEALING

Psychosomatic Therapy body-mind communication teaches you how to understand the human aspect of you: why you react the way you do, what reoccurring pain in your body means and how you can bring balance and healing to your body. Through learning to understand the emotion behind your reactions, physical pain or discomfort, you become able to release that emotion. Trauma, heartache, any deeply felt emotion that you don’t express and clear when it occurs becomes locked in your body’s cells. An event today might trigger an emotional response that has been stored within your cellular memory for many years. Certificate III in Psychosomatic Therapy gives you the opportunity to make the change from relying on going to a practitioner to “make you better” to learning how to be your own therapist.
