Researchers from Swinburne University of Technology are currently running a trial to test the effectiveness of a new Internet-based program designed to improve wellbeing and help people cope with challenging situations.

The program trial, called ‘Living Well Feeling Well’, is open to adults 18 years or older who have access to the Internet. Participants receive free access to the program, and will spend approximately four hours spread over a three-month period completing a number of online surveys and the interactive program.
